Hi Sanjana. I love following your recipes. They are very creative and professionally presented. There is one request, I would love to know how khajalis are made. You know the ones we get from an indian sweet mart. Would you help me get the authentic recipe? Look forward seeing it as your next recipe.

Hi Sanjana,

I discovered your blog a couple of weeks back and since then I have been hooked on to it. I am a vegetarian and it is simply wonderful to find a blog with such delightful Indian vegetarian recipes. I have tried a couple of your recipes and I am happy to report that they have been a success.

I plan to make your butter Paneer Butter Masala this weekend. Did I mention that I am a huge Paneer fan:-). And I must say that your Mughlai spread is simply awesome!!!

Last weekend I wanted to try my hand at making thepla, so I turned to your blog for help. But there was no recipe for that. Could you possibly post one?

Thank you. Please keep up the good work. Your recipes are truly inspiring. I feel encouraged to experiment with diverse flavours.

Hey all, I'm currently working on some super recipes for dhilo mohanthal, khatta dhokra and Jain dishes.

Anjali, here are some aubergine dishes:

Dhai Varo Oroh
Mashed Aubergine with Green Peas
Peanut-Stuffed Whole Vegetables

You can use a grill for any of my BBQ recipes - it will work just as well!

Madhur Jaffrey, author of Curry Easy and lots of other Indian cookbooks is a great chefand cookbook author. Try checking out some of her books. Hope this helps!

hi sanjana, i havent done much cooking but i want to start now and ive read your site alot lately and i am slowing getting the courage (and hunger) to cook just by reading your site! do you have any eggplant recipes — baigan ka bharta or bharva baigan or any other eggplant recipes that would be yummy but kinda quick!
