Divina, they do look like cucumbers!:D You could substitute it really well with baby zucchini or zucchini, sliced and treated the same way I have treated the tindora here 😀 Hope this helps!

They look like cucumbers. I thought they are really cucumbers. I could only substitute it with another ingredient. Any suggestions?

They're like a cross between the two 🙂 They're sometimes called Ivy Gourd or Little Gourd.

I have never heard of tindora before. Are they like a little cucumber, or like a squash (you Brits would say courgette)? They look tasty whatever they are.
