This rather reminds me of the skordalia my Greek Yia Yia used to make of potatoes, garlic and yogurt(though as she got older, some of the garlic skins used to get lost in the dip, but we ate it anyway to not to hurt her feelings 😉

Yours looks yummier, though, and free of garlic skins! (I hope Yia Yai didn't hear that!)
