					<description><![CDATA[This is so interesting! Boiling long grain rice in tons of hot water is also the way to make perfect Creole (New Orleans style) rice! You boil it with a couple of bay leaves. The difference is, you drain it and then put in in an oven-safe container dotted with butter, salt, and pepper, and you finish it off at 350 degrees for 5-10 minutes. It&#039;s never sticky that way, and it&#039;s just right for gumbo. (I like sticky rice, mind you, but in other contexts.)]]></description>
