These are lovely and thanks for sharing the recipe. I have recently just returned from a business trip in India.There is another snack which I really like- they call it Pani Puri…a puff like ball, eaten with chickpeas and a tamarind sauce… I wish I can make that here in Singapore.. I may need to scour Little India for it…
