I tried black salt before. Yes… they did smell like eggs. Very intriguing indeed. Next time I will attempt this tofu scramble.. great idea!

Black salt really is such a wonderful ingredient, it's a shame it's so obscure for the most part. I'd never make a tofu scramble without at least a pinch!

What a great post…I've never used black salt before. Good to know a little about it. I love the idea of sprinkling it over fries…sounds interesting.
