In reply to African Food. Hi. You can try the frozen section of your local Chinese supermarket but so far, I've not been able to find any premade buns like these myself.

One follow up question – do you know of any pre-made buns that I can buy at the store? I’m up for making the filling but will have to postpone making the buns from scratch 🙂

These look delicious. I love the Indian/Chinese combo. You get Asian & Mexican combos from street carts all over the US, but this is not one I’ve seen so far. Perhaps I will have to try making them myself …
