					<description><![CDATA[Made these for a dinner party of 18. I put the skins in oven with a brush of oil instead of deep frying and they crisped up lovely. Also baked the cubed potatoes in oven with a little oil. They were a big hit, thanks for this great recipe :-)]]></description>
