Hi Maeve,

Thanks for your comment. For this recipe you&#039;ll need a pan that is &lt;em&gt;not&lt;/em&gt; non-stick. This is because the naan needs to stick to the pan in order for you to cook it over an open flame. The open flame gives the best tandoori flavour short of cooking the naan in an actual tandoor.
