This recipe is spot on,  easy to follow. My Theplas turned out soft and fluffy for the very first time. 

For me, it&#039;s easier when there are exact measurements to follows rather than a cup of this a bowl off that a bit of this etc.  ?. 

Looking forward to trying out a few more of Sanjana&#039;s recipes.]]></description>
