Although I’ve made theplas before, they never turned out as perfect as when I tried this recipe! They were so soft and delicious, loved by the whole family. Thank you Sanjana!

Growing up in a Gujarati household, sadly I never mastered the art of making perfect Theplas.

This recipe is spot on, easy to follow. My Theplas turned out soft and fluffy for the very first time.

For me, it’s easier when there are exact measurements to follows rather than a cup of this a bowl off that a bit of this etc. ?.

Looking forward to trying out a few more of Sanjana’s recipes.
