My brother and I made this for Father’s Day

It was our first time making any sort of Biryani, and we nailed it!
The recipe was so easy to follow!
We even made the Masala from scratch, it was so aromatic!

Everyone loved eating it! We made two casseroles full of Biryani and they both disappeared in minutes..

Wow wow wow! This was the most delicious biryani I have ever made and we make a lot of biryani at home! The homemade masala to the exact timings of cooking the rice were superb.

I was only able to take one photo as it came out the oven as it was whisked away and devoured! The fights that happened for the buttery decadent filo were brilliant and have been told please always make biryani like this. Thank you Sanjana for creating this lavish but brilliant recipe. Looking forward to making it again and hopefully will be able to get some filo myself this time! ?
