Great! I have tried using both oil and margarine and both produce the same results in texture for me. So it&#039;s your choice what you use. I prefer oil as it&#039;s a non-hydrogenated fat. Enjoy!]]></description>

	These look great! I&#039;ve spent a lot of time in Kenya and Tanzania... and I am married to a Kenyan... To whom I show your photos and yeah we are going to make them. Just a note though, that for the typical person butter is not used in mandazi, typically it is vegtable oil.
